The Rabbi's Museum & Gardens
The only museum devoted to the mysterious life of Rabbi Leonard revealing her courageous journey and Jewish-Scottish roots; embraced amongst the collections as the centerpiece are literary sets she has composed in miniature 1:12 scale.
"One cannot refute the absolute significance of miniatures upon all children, but...most especially upon those such as myself who had been kidnapped and held for ransom, had experienced the most gruesome cruelties both subtle and overt! You know who you are, these wounds do not completely heal, they open and bleed unexpectedly by triggers in our physical world. For us, and I believe for every child grown in our society of troubling challenges, it is profoundly helpful to be able 'to birth a world wherein the child we are ever-to-be is in control.' This is the opportunity to set a place, a wee world of our own, if even for but one hour, where we might feel a deep and a-biding peace of heart; herein is our Netzach (the victory-Hebrew).
I pray that my museum & gardens for wandering free will provide the salve for those with soul-wounds that may seem never to heal, but somehow do, within the wee doors of this Gan Eydn... here composed by little hands, or the grown-up hands of those who once were held captive under the grip of tyrants who were claiming to raise us up well and good." -RL
